  When I went in to switch from my current provider at&t I already talked to a representative on the phone but didn't want to wait the 3 days to receive the phone so I decided to go here. I explained that there was a ticket already written up for what plan I wanted and already had my credit check done. They said they could not find it, so either these people don't know how to spell or just wanted to steal the commotion. Then they try to tell me something different from what they told me over the phone for the switch2Tmobile deal, because of this I left. I call a T-Mobile representative once I got home. And what do you know they find my info from my first call, she then goes over step by step on switch2tmobile policy and requirements and it's nothing like what they were explaining to me in-store. They are uneducated on the policy, they were no help. Just ended up ordering it over the phone so the right person gets the commotion they deserve.
