  My daughter received a new phone and on our first visit to this store, Christina and Maddie helped with the activation and data/app migration. They were exceptional. Sharp, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

  BEYOND disappointed. Waste of time and energy. Went to the store yesterday and asked a simple question "what would my out of pocket be to upgrade my husbands phone to a Galaxy S8+?" Vincent (store manager) offered this promotion "bring your husbands old phone in, as long as its worth $20 we will give $300 credit, you buy the Galaxy Note 8 and you'll get the S8+ FREE, the $300 will cover the taxes that would be due today. So you get two phones, pay nothing today." Which was good because he needed a new phone and I was adding my mother to my line so she would need a phone. I told him my husband screen had cracks, he said that is fine as long as it operational. Ok... So I go home, get my 70 year old mom and my husband head back up there. He's with customers so we wait. Finally he tells his coworker (didn't get his name, white guy, buzz cut) what we needed and he could help us. The white guy... Super rude, really could careless. He says phone needs to be worth $25 now instead of $20. Now he's trying to get me to sell MY BRAND NEW Galaxy S8+, why, just grasping at straws. Said my husband phone had a cracked screen and they can't take it. So we walk out the door, pissed... Complete waste of time. Vincent comes running out the door, apologizes and asks us to come back in a bit he will help us. So we run an errand, come back an hour later he still busy. We wait for another half hour. Finally we ask what time does he work tomorrow because we are tired, mom is tired. He says he opens and will be there from 8am-5pm. Sunday... Today... Christmas Eve... We head back up there at 8:30am cause mom needs to get to church. And guess what... Rude guy was there, according to him Vincent didn't show or open and didn't come in today cause IT WAS HIS DAY OFF. The F***!!! No customer service, no attempt to say let me just help these people since the manager promised them something, they have been here like 4 times. No... Beyond pissed.

  Well organized place and great employees, but they need more staff during later hours been people get off of work, or you will be waiting 45+ minutes just to get helped out only if there are a few customers in the store

  Eddie was very helpful..so was ghost girl, Toni. Vinnie,store manager, so not the person you would want to run a retail store! If you are going to put someone in charge of a store..educate them FIRST in customer service, SECOND in humility,THIRD in Product Availability. He definitely lost sales that day, not just from me..another customer there at the same time. Any employee where I work acted the way he did that day..would be on the other side of the front door immediately.

  DO NOT visit this store!!!! We recently went to this store to change our wireless plan to an unlimited data plan and have had nonstop billing issues ever since. The "Promotion" we were promised was not at all what we received. The store manager Vinnie is who assisted us in making this change. The first bill we received we went back and he told us there were additional fees for activation and next month should be lower. Insisted that if we had ANY further issues to return and he would gladly help. Well here we are in October and our bill is DOUBLE what i was last month. We have gone in 5 time now (this last time was an appointment with him) and he was gone for the day. Completely and totally unacceptable customer service. I have reached out to the store ownership company Spring Mobile via email as they conveniently dont list their phone number on the website. You are much better off going to an actual AT&T store rather than this place.
